At The Coffee Corral our mission is simple: Provide the best, roasted to order coffee beans possible at a reasonable price. Our store is designed to provide a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog and make purchases.
We use PayPal exclusively to ensure your information is always confidential. With PayPal it's easy to open an account if you don't already have one and, you can pay with a variety of credit cards.
The Coffee Corral is a SMALL BATCH roaster. We use one of the finest one-pound, drum roasters available - the Diedrich HR-1 - made in the USA. And, like our slogan implies, "We Don't Roast It 'Till You Order It" - every order is processed just for you - not 20 other people.
Typically we roast in 8 or 12 ounce (net) amounts which requires anywhere from 9.5 - 15 ounces of green coffee beans. The amount of greens required is basically determined by two factors: 1) The bean variety - Colombian, Costa Rican etc. 2) The profile of the roast (length of roast/color of bean etc.) - City roast, which is very light and rarely used to Fully City++ which is about as dark as I roast. The dark roasts require more green beans because of increased weight loss.
Our packaging is perfect for gifts because it is very personalized. Not your typical "retail" look. Our label includes the type of coffee (Colombian/Costa Rican etc.), the roast profile (City, City+ etc.) and the all important roasting date, all handwritten by the Roastanator - Hubie B - then signed for authenticity. There's even a place to write the name of the person the gift is intended for.
